Ares Commercial Finance provided a senior secured revolving line of credit to MAV Holdco, LLC (“MAV” or the “Company”), which is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario and owns four brands—Marc Anthony True Professional, Renpure, Cake Beauty and The Mane Choice. Through its portfolio of brands, MAV sells hair care, face, and body care beauty products in more than 25 countries. The proceeds via this transaction were used to support Nexus Capital Management’s acquisition of the Company and for ongoing working capital.
