VSS Capital Partners (“VSS”), a private investment firm investing in the healthcare, education, and business services industries, announced that Michael Gebhardt has joined as a Principal. Gebhardt will focus on sourcing new investment opportunities, due diligence, transaction execution, and supporting portfolio company value creation.

Gebhardt brings over a decade of middle market deal-making experience to VSS, including within business services, healthcare, technology, and government services sectors. Prior to joining VSS, he was a Principal at Sagewind Capital where he focused on structuring investment opportunities, origination, due diligence, transaction execution, financing and portfolio company management. Previously, Gebhardt was a Vice President at Tailwind Capital and an Associate at Riverside Partners.
