Ultimate Finance Strengthens Team with Two New Hires

Date: Nov 12, 2024 @ 06:00 AM

Ultimate Finance strengthened its Northern team as it continues its mission to be the Funding Partner of Choice and support more businesses than ever before with access to five star rated funding solutions.

Earlier this year the funder promoted Michael Beer to Sales Director for the North. Having been with the business for 10 years, Beer has a wealth of experience and is extremely well respected and connected within the region.

Commenting on his first six months in the role Beer said, “The North has a vibrant business finance community and as part of my new role I have been spending time gaining feedback and insight from introducers on what they need from Ultimate Finance. Our regional service model allows us to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients and introducers. My initial focus has been to strengthen the team by bringing in new hires to bolster an already established and high performing team to support growth ambitions."

As part of the lenders deal team approach, recent additions include Sarah Harrison as a Regional Director in the North West and Steve Armstrong who joined the team as an Underwriter dedicated to the Northern region. They both bring with them impressive track records and considerable expertise in supporting SMEs with tailored working capital solutions.

Beer continued, “Sarah and Steve’s appointments have strengthened our presence in this important region as we continue to build upon an impressive H1 performance which saw us achieve our highest ever half year results with new business growth up by 44% on the same period last year. We are actively recruiting in the North West, Yorkshire and Scotland to further bolster the team and continue our growth trajectory."
