Citizens JMP Advises Principal Industries on its Sale to Wynnchurch Capital

Citizens JMP announced that it served as the exclusive financial advisor to Principal Industries, a portfolio company of Valesco Industries, on its acquisition by Wynnchurch Capital.

Headquartered in San Angelo, Texas, Principal is a leading provider of LED components and engineered assemblies used in signage and brand imaging applications. Principal offers a broad and diverse range of signage and architectural branding illumination products, including LED modules, Stiks, linear and edge lighting, drivers and controls, power modules and specialty assemblies.
