Legacy Corporate Lending appointed T.C. Wilde as Executive Vice President of Portfolio and Underwriting and Head of Portfolio. Ms. Wilde will be responsible for ensuring all new and existing transactions are maintained in compliance with the firm’s portfolio management guidelines and credit policies.
 
Ms. Wilde has more than three decades of ABL experience across underwriting and portfolio management functions. Most recently, she was a Senior Account Manager with Axiom Bank, N.A. Previously, Ms. Wilde held senior ABL roles at UMB Bank, Sterling National Bank (formerly NewStar Business Credit), JP Morgan Chase, and PNC. She holds an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Holy Cross.
