The arrival of Sponholz supports A&M INFRA’s continued expansion into North America and reiterates the firm’s investment in recognized senior talent to provide clients with fully integrated and global end-to-end project management services in highly specialized sectors.

“Our global INFRA practice has experienced rapid growth since its inception,” stated Marcos Ganut, Managing Director leading A&M INFRA’s global expansion. “The launch of Transportation and Logistics Infrastructure in North America marks the next milestone of our increasing geographic footprint in support of growing market demand amidst economic volatility. Adding Joe allows us to provide clients with a more comprehensive suite of offerings and a specialized focus on transport and logistics infrastructure matters.”

“We are committed to extending our presence into the markets with key growth opportunities, where government agencies and organizations are facing influxes of activity and will benefit from our teams’ unique expertise,” said Luis de Lucio, Managing Director and Head of Growth Markets. “With Joe leading our US expansion in Transport and Logistics Infrastructure, A&M is poised to be a true asset to organizations executing on large capital projects in a complex environment.”

Before joining A&M, Sponholz spent six years with LEK Consulting, where he most recently served as Partner, Managing Director, and Global Head of the Major Capital Projects Practice.
