PNC Business Credit, the asset-based lending arm of PNC Bank, N.A., announced the appointment of Tom Hayes to lead the western regional team. Based in Pasadena, California, Hayes will be responsible for all business development and portfolio management for PNC Business Credit in the western region.  Hayes has more than 30 years of industry experience, most recently as managing director for Steel City Capital Funding, a division of PNC.
