MidCap Business Credit has appointed Michael Perfetti to its business development team.  Perfetti, has spent the last 15 years in asset-based finance and has been in business development roles for Celtic Capital, Presidential Financial, and Summit Financial.  He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia and is a member of the CFA, TMA and ACG.  Michael is based in Pittsburgh and is responsible for covering the Midwest and Great Lakes Region.
