Clear Thinking Group LLC announced Brian Allen has rejoined the firm as a managing director. Allen is an experienced financial executive and consultant with over 20 years in both private and public consumer product businesses. During this time, he has been involved in all aspects of supply chain including manufacturing, wholesale and retail operations. Allen’s expertise spans financial turnaround to restructuring and he has a strong background in financial analysis, complex modeling and development of financial processes and management reporting.

Prior to joining the Clear Thinking Group, Allen was a principal in a financial advisory firm that focused on middle market, consumer product businesses. Before beginning his consulting career, Allen held CFO and controller positions in retail and manufacturing businesses at both private and public companies. He began his career in public accounting in 1990 with Arthur Andersen & Company in Portland, Oregon, and later held positions at Deloitte & Touche LLP before moving into corporate finance in 1995.

Allen earned a B.S. in accounting from Oregon State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
