Capital One Bank announced the appointment of Ronald Pagoto as Director, Business Development Officer for Capital One Business Credit, a unit of the Commercial and Specialty Finance group. In this new role, Pagoto is responsible for business development of asset-based loans for middle market and upper-middle market companies in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He is based in New York City and reports to Barry Fein, Senior Vice President.
“Ronald has invaluable experience in the New York metropolitan area as well as the New England and Mid-Atlantic markets; he’s a superb addition to our team,” said Fein. “His industry knowledge and lending expertise will help our team as we continue to build out our platform and provide clients with the financing solutions they need.”
Pagoto brings more than 20 years of sales and portfolio experience to Capital One, having previously worked at Cole Taylor, Wells Fargo Bank, Textron, GMAC, CIT and GE Capital.

Pagoto holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
