He performs valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, employee stock ownership plans, corporate finance and litigation, and dispute advisory matters.
“Jason’s extensive business valuation experience and background as an equity analyst enhance our analytical service offerings, allowing our clients to better assess risk and make informed business decisions,” said Carl W. Pergola, Executive Director of BDO Consulting.
“Experienced in helping companies at all stages meet their growth and capital-raising objectives, Jason’s range of valuation experience, in everything from acquisition targets to equity compensation, make him a welcome addition to the practice,” said Anthony Alfonso, Senior Managing Director and Valuation & Business Analytics Practice Leader.
“I was drawn to BDO’s platform as a national accounting firm with a depth of strong technical resources and an extensive global network,” said Mr. Zeman. “Understanding the dynamic nature of international valuation standards today, these capabilities and the firm’s reputation for exceptional client service are critical for serving the needs of my clients.”
Zeman provides valuation services related to business enterprises, equity and debt securities, intangible assets and complex derivative securities, in addition to performing due diligence and other financial analyses.
