Alderney Advisors announced Piotr Luc has joined the firm as diurector. Luc has significant financial expertise in both valuation and restructuring, and will be involved in advising Alderney clients on strategic alternatives including capital structure, divestments, key contracts, cost savings, cash flow and business plan forecasting among other areas.

“Piotr brings a range of important skills to support our growing client engagements and we’re delighted to have him onboard,” said Alicia Masse, Managing Director and Founding Partner, Alderney Advisors.

Masse added that Luc’s considerable experience in advanced financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and business valuations complements and adds significantly to Alderney’s professional service offerings.

Luc will also oversee engagement financial forecasting and analysis functions including: developing multi-year business and capital investment plans, 13-week cash flow forecasts, product pricing models, scenario analyses and assessments of funding needs.

Previously, Luc served as a senior consultant in EY’s Restructuring practice where he advised clients in the medical supply, automotive, municipal and banking sectors. Prior to that, Luc served in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services Valuation & Business Modeling practice where he performed numerous valuations of equity and enterprise interests, as well as intellectual property and other intangible assets.

Luc holds a BBA degree in Economics with minors in Law, Management and Political Science from Baruch College in New York, NY. While at Baruch, Luc participated in study abroad and internship programs in South Korea, Czech Republic and Egypt.
