Date: May 13, 2015 @ 07:49 AM

Huntington Bank appointed Jeffry Elliot chief administrative officer of its Asset Finance group. In this new role, Elliott will oversee corporate development, merger and acquisitions, strategic planning, and corporate governance for all of Huntington’s Asset Finance businesses, including equipment finance, technology finance, lender finance, public capital, and asset-based lending.

“Jeffry continues to play an instrumental role in guiding the growth and diversification of our Asset Finance capabilities at Huntington,” said Mike DiCecco, executive managing director of Huntington Asset Finance. “His industry knowledge, expertise and technical understanding of sophisticated financial solutions is a true asset to Huntington and our customers.”

Elliott joined Huntington in 2001 as one of the founding members of the bank’s Equipment Finance business. Since then, he has held numerous roles within the group, contributing to sales and sales management, corporate development, strategic planning, mergers & acquisition, and he led the launch of both the small ticket platform in 2004 and Huntington Public Capital, which specializes in municipal finance, in 2013.

Active in the industry, Elliot serves as a trustee and co-chairman of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Foundation research committee and the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association financial institutions business council steering committee.

Huntington Asset Finance delivers a full spectrum of specialized financing and asset-based lending services to middle-market companies and large corporations, with expertise in aviation, railcar, technology, healthcare, municipal, and lender finance markets.
