PNC Bank, N.A, announced the appointment of Kurt V. Putkonen to senior vice president and regional manager for the asset-based lending team in the Southwest. Based in Dallas, Texas, Putkonen will oversee new business development and portfolio management for the Southwest region.

Putkonen joined PNC Business Credit in 1998, when he opened the Atlanta office, most recently serving as Southeast region portfolio manager.
