Gordon Brothers Group, a global advisory, restructuring and investment firm specializing in the industrial, consumer products and retail sectors, announced that it has executed a definitive agreement with Rodan Transport (U.S.A) Ltd. and Hodges Trucking Company, L.L.C to acquire a large portion of Hodges’ fleet of heavy haul and mobile crane equipment. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK, Hodges is one of the largest rig-moving companies in the energy industry.
The assets acquired by Gordon Brothers Group's Commercial & Industrial Division are comprised of nearly 350 pieces of equipment across six locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Pennsylvania and Ohio. The assets include mobile cranes (all terrain, truck mounted and crawler), truck tractors, trailers, forklifts/loaders and service trucks.
“This fleet of extremely late model crane, heavy haul and support equipment is available for immediate sale,” said Robert Maroney, Co-President of Gordon Brothers Group’s Commercial & Industrial Division. “The package contains an assortment of some of the most well-maintained and high-performing cranes in the market today, including top brands such as Grove and Kobelco.”
Gordon Brothers Group’s Commercial & Industrial Division will commence negotiated sales of all equipment immediately.
