Veritas Financial Partners announced the appointment of Gregg Simpson as Senior Vice President. He will be based in Veritas’s new Charlotte, NC office as part of the firm’s strategic initiative to expand geographically.

Simpson brings more than 35 years of banking and finance experience to Veritas. His prior experience includes serving as a business development officer for Ares Commercial Finance and most recently North Mill Capital.  Prior to Ares, Simpson worked in new business origination and underwriting capacities at various asset-based lending platforms.

He is a member of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA), Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG ) and holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina.
