Nappi is a Managing Director based in the firm's Boston, MA office with 15-plus years of experience in special situations. His specific expertise includes operational and financial restructuring, refinancing, capital raising, complex balance sheet restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions both in and outside the purview of Chapter 11 proceedings. During his career, Joseph has been involved in a wide variety of assignments across several industries and business environments, serving in many interim management roles, including Chief Restructuring Office (CRO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In addition, he has led many M&A, refinancing & recapitalization pre-transaction engagements relating to due diligence, quality of earnings and business assessments for companies in a wide variety of business circumstances, industries and transaction types. Nappi graduated cum laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Financial Investments and is registered with FINRA and holds his Series 79 license. In addition, he is an active member in a multitude of local and national professional and charitable organizations.
The Annual M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Award was born as the 40 under 40 Awards in the United States to celebrate the achievements of young M&A, Financing and Turnaround professionals who had reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community.
