TCFCF Provides Financing to Support ORIX , Sidereal’s Investment in Flexo

TCF Capital Funding (TCFCF) announced that it provided secured financing to support the investment in Flexo Transparent LLC by ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity (Dallas, TX) and Sidereal Capital Group (Summit, NJ).

Headquartered in Buffalo, NY, Flexo provides multi-colored flexible packaging including custom-printed roll-stock, bags, pouches and sleeves primarily for food grade and retail consumer products with a focus on private label accounts with short to medium sized production runs. The company’s manufacturing capabilities include: flexographic printing up to 10 colors with a wide-web priority, laminations, bag and pouch converting, slitting, and graphic design support services.

Sidereal Capital Group is a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market companies operating within niche segments of specialty manufacturing, industrial services, and business and iInformation.
