PNC Bank, N.A., announced the addition of Daniel deBrauwere, senior vice president with the senior secured financing team in the Western region and market manager for Southern California. Based in Pasadena, CA, deBrauwere will lead the team responsible for business development in southern California and the desert Southwest with private equity firms and middle-market companies, originating asset-based and cash flow loans.
deBrauwere comes to PNC with more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance. Most recently as national division head of Capital One Business Credit, he established the firm’s West Coast asset-based lending operations and helped to expand the business from a regional to a national business and to restructure the business from a stand-alone unit into a fully-integrated product within the commercial bank.

He has delivered proven results in terms of originating new business, growing profitable relationships with commercial customers, and most importantly, advising companies through all economic cycles,” said John Tyler, western division executive, senior secured financing, PNC Bank.
deBrauwere earned a master of business administration in finance from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor of arts degree in history from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the national Commercial Finance Corporation and member of the Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Association and Association for Corporate Growth.
