Citi Commercial Bank announced that last week the company hired Scott S. Ward, a Senior Business Development Officer, who has joined Citi Commercial Bank’s Asset Based Finance (ABF) team located in Los Angeles, CA. Ward, a 32-year Corporate Banking and Finance veteran, is a Senior Vice President, and is focused on growing Citi’s ABF portfolio with borrowers in the Western United States, particularly companies that are expanding globally. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University and an MBA from Fordham University. Ward is also a member of the Commercial Finance Association, the Assocation for Corporate Growth, the Commercial Finance Conference of California and the Turnaround Management Association.
Ward joins Jeff Royston, who recently joined Citi as a Senior Vice President to expand the Asset-Based Finance team in Los Angeles late last year. Royston, a 20-year Corporate Banking and Finance veteran earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge.
