Dinko Angelov is a Managing Director at Audax Private Debt. He helps lead the senior debt investment team, overseeing the origination, execution, and monitoring of new investments. Dinko is a co-portfolio manager of all senior debt leverage facilities, including all middle market CLOs.

Prior to joining Audax in 2008, Dinko worked at FirstLight Financial, a middle market commercial finance company, where he focused on new business underwriting and managed a portfolio of senior secured loans. He also previously worked at Seabury Group in the investment banking division.

Dinko is a CFA charter holder and received a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Bridgeport.

Sean O'Keefe is a Managing Director at Audax Private Debt. He helps lead the senior debt investment team, overseeing the origination, execution, and monitoring of new investments. Sean is a co-portfolio manager of all senior debt leverage facilities, including all middle market CLOs.

Prior to joining Audax in 2012, Sean worked at Goldman Sachs Asset Management on the Insurance Asset Management team. He also previously served for six years in the United States Army attaining the rank of Captain.

Sean received a BS in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
