Steve Turkish, senior vice president, director of Crestmark’s Trade Services Division, announced the addition of Steven D. Kaplan as assistant vice president, account executive. Based in New York City, Kaplan reports to Turkish.

Kaplan comes to Crestmark from Rosenthal & Rosenthal, where, as assistant vice president, he managed a large credit risk and client portfolio. Previously, he worked for Capital Business Credit, where he was vice president; Europecraft, where he was credit manager; and Nations Bank, where he was senior credit officer.

Kaplan has a bachelor of science in biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also the former president and chairman of Progressive Credit Club.

In addition, he has expertise in credit management, and extensive knowledge of the industries we serve. He will be a great asset to us as we continue to grow our presence in New York City, and Crestmark’s Trade Services Division,” said Turkish.
