First Business Financial Services, Inc. announced that Rick Hearden was hired as President - Northeast Wisconsin Market of First Business Bank.

“I’m thrilled that Rick is heading up our growing team in Northeast Wisconsin,” says Mark Meloy, CEO of First Business Bank. “I’ve known Rick since the early 90s when we were both bankers in Green Bay, and his reputation as a diligent, down-to-earth leader fits right in with First Business. He’s joining us at an exciting time as we embark on expanding our presence in the area.”

Previously, Hearden was a Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Manager – Wisconsin Market for Ohio-based Huntington Bank. He has more than 20 years of banking experience all in Northeast Wisconsin. He is also an active community leader, and this year is celebrating 10 years of helping Brown County United Way in its efforts to help the people of Northeast Wisconsin.

A graduate of St. Norbert College, Hearden also has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.
