November 07, 2017, 07:00 AM

Restructuring and advisory firm Winter Harbor LLC announced the promotion of Todd Michalik and hiring of Gayla Bella who will both serve as Managing Directors.

Todd Michalik has extensive financial analysis and planning experience across diverse industries including retail, manufacturing, distribution, construction and financial services. Having previously worked with PCS LLC and CRG Partners, Todd joined Winter Harbor in 2014 and has worked on numerous engagements with lenders and companies serving as a financial advisor and in various senior management and advisory roles.

“In the last few years with the team, I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across a variety of industries and with each I’ve experienced the value the Winter Harbor approach brings to clients,” says Todd. “We treat our clients’ businesses as our own, ensuring their goals are strategically met with the best achievable results.”

Gayla Bella joined the Winter Harbor team from Greenspoon Marder, P.A. where she served as Chief Financial Officer. Her consulting experience spans the last 10+ years and includes time with Huron Consulting Group and ACM Capital Partners where she worked with companies across multiple industries including transportation, construction, manufacturing, consumer products and media. She has extensive experience in the areas of cash management, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, valuation and turnaround management.

“Gayla’s broad range of industry experience coupled with her extensive restructuring experience will further build upon our core strengths of adding value and senior experience to every situation,” said Shaun Martin, Managing Member of Winter Harbor. “We congratulate Todd and welcome Gayla as we build upon our past successes and expand our geographic footprint in continued growth of the firm.”
