Duff & Phelps, a global valuation and corporate finance advisor, announced that Eric Jenkins has joined as a managing director in the firm’s Disputes and Investigations practice. Jenkins provides fiduciary, advisory services and expert testimony in capital markets, corporate finance, restructuring and bankruptcy disputes. Jenkins, who will be based in Duff & Phelps’ Chicago office, brings more than 20 years of experience in financial advisory services and has served as an advisor in more than $6 billion in capital raises and strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Jenkins served as a senior managing director with GlassRatner, where he was also part of the firm’s national leadership team. Earlier in his career, he was with Deloitte and Banc of America Securities serving in various roles in investment banking and capital markets.
Jenkins holds a Masters of Business Administration in finance and accounting with highest honors from the University of Illinois, and an undergraduate degree in finance from Miami University. Eric is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and member of TMA, AIRA, and CFA.
