“We have experienced an increase in business and as a result needed a qualified candidate to handle the additional capacity of loan origination underwriting the ABL Eastern Region required,” said John Nooney, executive vice president and regional manager of First Capital’s ABL Eastern Region. “Hector has the right mix of experience and drive that adds to our strong and talented team and will allow us to offer speedy financing solutions to entrepreneurs in need and help our region reach its growth strategy.”

Molina stated, “I am excited about joining First Capital in the underwriting department and being part of the sales process. The ABL Eastern Region has a large pipeline of new business through the addition of new Business Development Officers and strong team work. This position offers the opportunity to immediately start the challenging and rewarding work of underwriting tailored facilities that help companies reach their business strategies.”

Prior to joining First Capital, Molina was with SunTrust Jobs as an underwriter in the asset-based lending division. Other previous positions with SunTrust Jobs include business development officer, portfolio manager and various positions within the credit department.
