Seto combines strategic and analytical thinking with a deep understanding of business needs in order to lead, build, and grow global organizations.

"We are thrilled that Ben is joining Ankura at such a pivotal time in our firm's growth story," said Roger Carlile, CEO at Ankura. "As we enhance our capabilities to serve clients globally, it is important that we have outstanding financial and operational leadership on our team, ensuring we have the financial and operations structure to support our growth and ability to provide comprehensive and customized expertise across a wide array of issues, industries, and disciplines. Ben brings a collaborative nature and client-centric outlook that, coupled with his strong business acumen, extensive international experience. and depth of experience in M&A and the integration of new businesses, will be an invaluable asset to our firm, its people and its clients."

Seto has held corporate and international roles in multi-billion-dollar companies and privately-held businesses, working in industries such as professional services, energy, consumer products, information technology, and commercial finance. Prior to serving as Chief Financial Officer of Avendra, Seto oversaw country and regional finances for AES Corporation, an international power company, in a series of senior executive positions. He began his finance career in the consumer products industry, with Haagen-Dazs Company and Philip Morris USA. And, over the past decade, Seto has also served on the boards of directors at privately-held companies and joint ventures.

"I am extremely honored to join the talented team here at Ankura and am eager to build on the efforts already underway to position the firm for continued success well into the future," said Ben Seto. "The added scale and capabilities gained through Ankura's significant organic growth, recently completed acquisitions, and the agreement to acquire Navigant's DFLT segment and TAS practice position the firm as a market leader of its service offerings in the U.S. and globally. As we look to harness our combined capabilities and scale, it is critical that we have a strong infrastructure in place to support our financial performance, guide our growth, and sustain our professionals as they leverage their talents to create long-lasting value for new and existing clients."
