Bank of Southern California, N.A., a community business bank headquartered in San Diego, has named Rick Beatty Vice President, Underwriter. He will be responsible for structuring, analyzing and underwriting commercial credit for small to middle market companies as well as managing an existing portfolio of clients.

Beatty brings nearly 30 years of local banking experience covering credit administration, commercial underwriting and portfolio management. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Senior Underwriter for Regents Bank where he was responsible for underwriting and managing commercial credit to small and middle market companies, real estate investors, and private banking clients. Mr. Beatty obtained a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Arizona.
