Varsity Healthcare Partners (VHP) a lower middle-market private equity firm focused on healthcare services, announced the promotion of Michael Fisher to Partner, which follows the final close of Varsity Healthcare Partners III with total capital commitments of $417 million in August 2019. Fisher is based in VHP’s Stamford, Conn. office.

Since joining VHP in 2016, Fisher has served as a Principal and helped source and evaluate new investment opportunities across healthcare services providers and outsourced services. He also works with several portfolio company management teams, including serving on the board of Angels of Care.

He graduated from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond with a B.S. in Business Administration.
