Having a growing client base in the Bay Area and the U.S. West coast, it was important to Gerber to show we’re committed to excellent service, quick turnaround and knowledge of the local market by opening a brand-new office in San Francisco. This new outpost will be led by our latest addition to the team: Andrew Hollingsworth, Senior Vice President, West Coast Regional Manager.
Andrew Hollingsworth benefits from a uniquely hands-on approach to business, having served as Chief Financial Officer of Numi Organic Tea, a long-standing client of Gerber.
Beforehand, his career evolved through multiple senior, corporate and divisional posts in financial services. From PricewaterhouseCoopers to UBS in Switzerland, his CPA experience made him a natural fit for Gerber. In case you still had any doubt of Andrew’s versatile competences, let us add his unique accomplishment that is the publication of an interior design book, Danish Modern.
Andrew will be teaming up with Ed Park, who was appointed last year to represent Gerber in Los Angeles in new client development.
With our commitment to deep client relationships, the duo’s aim will be to organically nurture the prosperity and expansion of our portfolio on the West Coast. Andrew will be a strong asset in “helping us connect, understand, and relate to our prospects better” while “elevating our overall presence” in the region. With his broad expertise in financial services and his deep understanding of the natural product industry, he will also manage the growth in operations and credit. Looking at her long-term vision for the company, what CEO Jennifer Palmer has in mind for the West Coast is to build a mirror image of the New York location, with the same dynamic team and thriving clients.
