Crestmark has hired Philip J. Yanick as senior vice president and chief risk officer. In his new role, Yanick will be responsible for enhancing Crestmark’s risk management practices and assisting in the continued growth and success of the bank. He has extensive experience working with the financial services industry having worked with the FDIC for over 33 years in diverse roles.

“We are excited to welcome someone of Phil’s caliber and experience to Crestmark,” said Mick Goik, Crestmark’s president and COO.

“Phil has been a valuable resource for Crestmark through the years, and we are thrilled to have him as part of the Crestmark family,” said W. David Tull, Crestmark’s founder and CEO.

Crestmark is a nationally known FDIC-insured bank that provides innovative financial solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses.
