Presidential Financial announced the following addition to its sales staff:

Mark J. Locher has over 20 years of experience in the asset-based lending, commercial finance and banking industries.  Locher joined Presidential in 2013 and serves as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer, and is based in Los Angeles, CA.  Prior to joining Presidential, his most recent experience was with NewStar Business Credit, ORIX Leveraged Finance and BMO Capital Markets, serving as a senior origination professional in the West Coast markets.

Additionally, he has held lending and origination positions with Heller Financial's Corporate Finance Group, GE Capital's Merchant Banking Group, and National Bank of Canada.  With expertise in sales, underwriting, due diligence and relationship management, Locher is an accomplished corporate finance professional and brings great sophistication and knowledge to the Presidential team.

Locher received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.  He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Commercial Finance Association.
