Marquette Business Credit  announced Andrew Burgess has been promoted to Vice President/Marketing Officer for Marquette’s Southwest Regional Office in Dallas, Texas.

Burgess began his commercial finance career with Marquette spending time as a field examiner, before becoming an underwriter and loan officer in 2007, and eventually moving into a marketing role in 2013.  Prior to joining Marquette, Andrew worked as a mutual fund accountant at Investor's Bank and Trust in Boston.  He is currently a member of the Commercial Finance Association, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Association for Corporate Growth.  Burgess holds a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
