1st Source Bank promoted Lee Wisler, Specialty Vehicle Lender within the Bank’s Specialty Finance Group, to Assistant Vice President of the Bank.
 
Wisler holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from IU South Bend. In early 2020, he achieved his Certified Leasing Finance Professional designation. In the community, Wisler serves as a mentor to graduating IU South Bend students and is a frequent presenter in the Titan Talks program. He has been instrumental in the formation of the Bank’s Corporate Banking Development Program through which he enjoys mentoring recent graduates beginning their banking careers.

Addionally, 1st Source Bank promoted Garrett Kautz, Auto & Light Truck Lender within the Bank’s Specialty Finance Group, to Assistant Vice President of the Bank. He joined 1st Source Bank in 2013 as part of our Corporate Management Trainee program and previously supported our credit area before transitioning to his current role.
 
Kautz holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Manchester University. In early 2020, he achieved his Certified Leasing Finance Professional designation. In the community, Kautz often represents 1st Source Bank at career fairs and is a member of our Human Resource department’s campus recruitment initiative. He serves on the board of Stepping Stone Women’s Shelter and is a volunteer baseball coach at South Central High School.
