Thomas J. Shara, President and CEO of Lakeland Bank, announced Mandar Soman has been hired as Senior Vice President, Operational Risk Manager based in Oak Ridge, NJ.
Soman will be responsible for leading the bank’s new Operational Risk Management function. With more than 15 years of industry experience, he was most recently Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Banco Santander in New York, NY and a Risk Manager at MarketAxess in New York, NY.
Soman earned a Master of Science in finance from Louisiana State University. He supports Tires Against Tumors – To End Pediatric Tumors.
