Barringer Joins BizCap as Managing Director

BizCap, (Business Capital since 2002) announced it has hired Ryan Barringer as Managing Director, filling a key role on the company’s management team. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Ryan will be responsible for defining and executing on BizCap’s national growth strategy.

Ryan Barringer is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with 20 years of experience in strategic market planning in the commercial finance sector. Most recently, Ryan was a senior director for Western Alliance Bank where he led client acquisition and retention efforts for several regional divisions and high-growth national business lines. Prior to that he was an executive at Bridge Bank where he led brand strategy, in addition to customer experience management. Ryan holds a B.S. from San Jose State University and an M.B.A from the S.C. Johnson College of Business at Cornell University, where he also earned a fellowship from the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute.
