Celtic Bank announced that Tom Green has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development.  In this new position, Green and his Utah-based team will be responsible for Commercial, SBA, USDA and Equipment financing.  Green has been with Celtic Bank since 2012 and previously served as the VP of Business Development.
