Capital One Bank announced that Anthony Martin has joined the Commercial & Specialty Finance Group as a vice president. Martin is based in Dallas, and his responsibilities include business development with a focus on asset-based, real estate and cash flow transactions to healthcare companies.

Prior to joining Capital One Bank, Martin opened the Dallas office for Gemino Healthcare Finance, where he served as director of business development for the Southwest region.
