Fesnak, LLP (“Fesnak”), a leading accounting and business advisory firm, announced that T.J. Haas has joined the firm as Director in-charge of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services group. He will lead a very skilled team to continue to build something unique in the marketplace for financial and strategic buyers and sellers. Private equity firms and corporations will receive the high-level transaction expertise they have come to expect from Fesnak. Haas joins Fesnak from Private Capital Research LLC where he worked closely with private equity firms, family offices and other private investors sourcing identifying acquisition opportunities. He is well positioned with his experience working directly for private equity on middle-market transactions valued over $300 million.
Over the past 13 years, Haas has served clients across a wide breadth of industries including automotive, consumer goods, direct marketing, distribution, food and beverage, industrial and commercial manufacturing, retail, specialty chemicals, technology and telecommunications. He has extensive experience advising both healthy and distressed companies in M&A engagements as well as in the private placement of debt and equity.
Some of his additional skills include financial due diligence, business development, deal flow origination, corporate strategy, investment analysis, negotiations, balance sheet capital structures, and financial restructuring.

Haas holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and has also been active in the Turnaround Management Association.
