Price brings extensive experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and lenders in connection with leveraged acquisitions, secured and unsecured, second lien, mezzanine, asset based, debtor-in-possession and distressed financings, workouts and restructurings. Prior to his time at Kirkland, Price served as an Associate Director of the legal department of Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., now part of JPMorgan Chase.

“Mintz Levin has established a robust corporate transactional practice representing clients in an expanding range of deals,” said Stephen J. “The financing market for leveraged acquisitions is strong and, as a result, deal activity is accelerating,” said Price. “Mintz Levin has strong corporate and restructuring practices and deep experience in industries that have become hotbeds of activity, creating an ideal platform from which to grow our private equity capabilities, particularly in the middle market.”
