Summit Financial Resources announced that Rich Flamang has been promoted to the position of senior vice president/national sales manager. In this role, Flamang will serve on the company's senior management team and lead the business development efforts for Summit's team of sales professionals, located in 10 field offices nationwide.

Prior to his promotion, Flamang represented Summit Financial as vice president/business development officer in the Upper Midwest Region for seven years, achieving Summit's top salesperson status in 2011 and 2012. Prior to Summit, he held senior sales and management positions at Goldleaf Financial Solutions, F&M Bank, and M&I Bank Fox Valley. Flamang holds his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota in Duluth and attended the Graduate School of Banking in Wisconsin. He is a member of the CFA, TMA, and RMA.
