Clear Thinking Group LLC announced the promotions of Michael Wesley to Managing Director and Patrick Diercks to Senior Manager.

Wesley has over 15 years of consulting and management experience within the consumer product manufacturing and retail industries. He has worked in all areas of operations including manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing/distribution, inventory management, planning/allocation, finance, and IT. As a consultant, Wesley has been retained as the financial advisor in several turnaround and Chapter 11 engagements. Mr. Wesley holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Engineering Management from Duke University. He also received his MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business where he was named a Fuqua Scholar.

Diercks has over ten years of experience as a consultant in the turnaround/restructuring arena dealing primarily with companies in consumer product manufacturing/distribution and retail. He has participated in numerous assignments related to cash management and operational oversight for small to mid-sized companies. He has been retained to assist clients with the preparation and analysis of business plans, financial statements, cash flow reporting and forecasting, collateral analysis and monitoring, out of court wind-downs, labor standards development, and POS implementation/training. Diercks is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor through the AIRA, and has a bachelor's degree in Finance from The Florida State University.
