O’Brien brings more than 30 years of specialized technology and business experience across a broad spectrum of sectors including healthcare, financial services, insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, entertainment and hospitality, telecommunications, energy and utilities and government. He has significant experience with system modernization, Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPMO), governance, quality assurance, business intelligence and data warehousing solutions.
