RedRidge Finance named Matthew J. Zeratsky as an Associate Director in the group's transaction advisory team, RedRidge Due Diligence Services. Zeratsky has over 15 years of experience in financial services in a variety of capacities, including: asset-based lending due diligence, loan workout, relationship/portfolio management, credit and treasury. He draws from these experiences to provide client's with a unique and deeper understanding of complicated transactions.  

Prior to joining RedRidge, Zeratsky held several roles within JPMorgan Chase and BMO.  He began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota with a degree in accounting.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Zeratsky is also a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association. He graduated with his Juris Doctorate from the Marquette University Law School. Zeratsky is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association.
