WhiteHorse Capital announced one of its affiliates has provided a $27.5 million term loan to support the acquisition of Clarus Commerce by a group led by Trivergance, Falcon Investment Advisors, and Landon Capital Partners. Clarus Commerce, headquartered in Rocky Hill, CT, is a leader in the subscription commerce and loyalty solution industries.
