Santander has hired Charles J. Arrigo II as Senior Vice President in its Asset-Based Lending (ABL) group. Arrigo is based in Santander’s Miami office and is responsible for originating and managing asset-based credit facilities. ABL is a key growth business for Santander’s Corporate and Commercial Banking division and Arrigo’s hire establishes an ABL presence in Florida.
Prior to joining Santander, he was director of investments at Patagonia Financial Holdings, a private equity firm dedicated to structured special situation and development capital investments. Arrigo has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked at Glacier Securities LLC, Glitnir Capital Corp., BNP Paribas, Citigroup and its predecessor Salomon Brothers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in finance and international management from Boston University.
