Trade Finance Solutions Inc., the international provider of working capital and global trade financing, announced the appointment of Rebecca Mackenzie as Senior Credit Director with immediate effect. McKenzie's appointment further bolsters TFS Europe, the UK-based subsidiary of TFS, following the launch of its City of London headquarters in June 2016.

Mackenzie, who carries a demonstrable track record in financial services, specialising in the alternative financing sector, joins the company at a pivotal time in the Brexit calendar, as a burgeoning number of European organizations continue to seek out traditional forms of finance.

During her 15-year career, Mackenzie was Associate Director at PNC Financial Services UK, a leading provider of senior secured financing in the United States with reach into the United Kingdom. At PNC Financial Services UK, she was a senior member of the deal teams, providing over £650m of Asset Based Lending (“ABL”) facilities to refinance or fund acquisitions of UK SMEs - across a range of sectors including Food & Beverage, Entertainment and Retail. During that period, she also worked on providing ABL facilities to fund UK/US cross-border transactions.

Mackenzie also held positions at Societe Generale, Landsbanki Commercial Finance and Westpac Institutional Bank. She was educated at The University of Waikato, New Zealand, where she secured a First Class Honours degree in Business Management Studies (BMS) with a Double Major in Finance and Economics.
