Garlick, who will be based in Chicago, will assist in expanding MidCap Financial's national presence by sourcing senior secured ABL debt facilities for companies in the Midwest.

A native of Michigan and a graduate of Albion College, Garlick is active in the Association for Corporate Growth, Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
