Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC (DCF) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Advantage Community Holding Company LLC (Advantage Dental), a dental managed care provider, on its majority stake sale to DentaQuest LLC (DentaQuest). The transaction closed on Sept. 30, 2016.
Headquartered in Redmond, Oregon, Advantage Dental is a Medicaid-focused dental managed care provider, offering services to patients through its established network of dentists and company-owned clinics. Advantage Dental was founded in 1994 by a group of Oregon dentists concerned with the lack of access to dental care in rural areas of the state. Since its inception, Advantage Dental has made several strategic acquisitions, enabling it to currently provide care to over 300,000 recipients across the state of Oregon.
