LBC Credit Partners ("LBC") provided senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of AC&A, LLC (“AC&A”) by AE Industrial Partners, LLC. LBC Credit Partners served as Agent and Sole Lead Arranger for the senior secured credit facilities.
